The length of time you wish to rent our establishment can be varied
between a week, weekend or “day by day”.
Our establishment is of course suitable for disabled persons.
You may also rent our rooms as a workman's dwelling.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Wintertime:
Snowmobiles can easily be driven to the nearby snowmobile tracks
There is also a very nice cross-country skiing area not far away from Gården

Directions:
The E 12-road from Umeå - through Vännäsby. Take the road towards
Överboda, (Brånsvägen). Drive 4 kilometers to the village of Strand.
Take a right towards the sign ”Hällan”.
